The Pension Rewards platform will connect four groups of users: freelancers, full/part-time employees, employers/companies, and affiliates. The Pension Rewards solution integrates an ERC20 PCOIN token. It can be bought on exchanges or earned on the platform, for example, for designing someone’s CV. Pension Rewards participants will use PCOINs to pay for services and get them rendered. Both employers and employees will have their own crypto wallets available in account dashboards. Pension Rewards users can only publish tasks if they have enough PCOINs in their internal account.
