In our effort to revoke these problems and gaps existing in the present market, we are launching our very own de-facto payment network for conducting transactions within closed doors. In order to create a private, confidential payment network, we devised and crafted a completely untraceable coin named ViceCoin. As unique as it sounds, it can be used for both offline and online payments. In aspects of functionality in many ways, it's similar to a prepaid credit card. The only notable difference being, the card doesn't hold any actual Fiat currency value but will carry the ViceCoin value. During transactions, the payments made through ViceCoins will go through a ViceCoin payment network which will then automatically switch the ViceCoin for the fiat value it holds through the ViceCoin itself.
