ZODIAQ project has its own bank, which has a SWIFT code and a license to open accounts and conduct any operations (keeping accounts, making transfers) both in crypto and in fiat currencies, as well as its own crypto exchange.
The new platform-based solution will allow fintech companies to become an independent link in routine transactions of ZODIAQ banks clients, and competing banking services will be able to use the new tool to create their own infrastructure solutions without any need to develop from the very beginning. Since ZODIAQ platform will have technological and legal integration, it will be able to connect new players cheaper and faster.
The outline of ZODIAQ project comprises a bank, a stock exchange and a hedge fund. Each of them is a separate legal entity, registered and licensed according to the legislation valid at its location. Zodiaq Company Limited (Company Number: 11224510) registered in the UK, is the main shareholder (signatory power) of these companies. This management structure is linear, where the head of every direction is subordinate to the main joint-stock company Zodiaq Company Limited.
