What is TomoCoin

TomoCoin creates a blockchain infrastructure for decentralized applications, token issuance and integration. 

TomoChain and TomoCoin aim to integrate a social blockchain-based ecosystem with cryptographic tokens to facilitate decentralized storing of value. 

TomoChain team is developing a solution that will allow to resolve the Ethereum blockchain scalability problem, i.e. they are planning to support horizontal scaling by adding more second layer blockchains.

Also, TomoChain is developing a decentralized knowledge sharing Tomo application. The beta version was launched in 2017. This network will facilitate mining by contributing.

The company will be also offering a wallet for storage of TomoChain, Ethereum, and other coins. Both the app and the wallet will be using ERC-20 TomoCoin. The users will be paying for all services and third-party applications in TomoCoins.

According to the roadmap, right now the developers are integrating tokens to the TomoChain testnet. The official release of Tomoapp with integrated TomoChain is scheduled for Q3/2018.
