What is Health Monitor

Health Monitor is a device for non-invasive diagnostics of diabetes, stomach ulcer and lung cancer. The solution has been developed and patented by a Russian scientist, Atutov S.N. The device is a vending machine that is supposed to be able to diagnose, for example, diabetes with the help of emission spectroscopy in the visible wavelength range of glow discharge. The company ran in ICO campaign to fund installation of 70 Health Monitor machines in the most visited airports and shopping centers in the EU.

The company issued an ERC20 HLC token. Dividends will be distributed among the token holders quarterly starting from January 2019.
