What is Altverse

Altverse endeavors to construct an open and collaborative credential data network accessible to all Web3 developers. We provide the infrastructure that allows community members to curate and contribute digital credentials to our data network. Our infrastructure supports the curation of credentials from multiple data sources, we partnered with protocols we believe are the best DID releasers and plan to continue this path along the way.

For on-chain credentials, curators can contribute with subgraph queries or static snapshots. For off-chain credentials, we have planned to integrate with data sources such as Snapshot.org, Twitter, and Github.

Because of the fast-paced surge of web3 gaming, we believe the first focus should facilitate the gamers' ecosystem by doing so we are planning to build the fundamental infrastructure for the gaming identity of the future.

Contributing to Altverse's Credential Data Network rewards curators when credentials are utilized in Altverse's Application Modules, Credential Oracle Engine, and Credential API. As there are users consuming (paying to use) data in our ecosystem, this encourages more users to curate for our data network.
