Brickchain Investments Ltd is a London based corporation, which enables to trade token of high value real estate investments, giving to everyone the possibility to invest in low-risk and profitable assets. Brickchain Investments will setup an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) with the purpose to fund the startup phase of the company. The coin created for this purpose will be named Brickchain Startup Coin (BSC) and its ownership will grant some benefits. Specifically, the 10,000,000 BSC tokens minted, will provide access to a certain fixed percentage of Brickchain’s assets traded with no expiry date on that right.

Why Brickchain?

Blockchain real estate companies have already started to spark interest and raise significant capital. These early successes show that there is significant pent up demand for a fractional-ownership real estate market. However, in order for this new market to fully develop, a scalable system is needed on which real estate assets can be traded.

Tokenization of real estate assets does not impact market liquidity per se. If a token is not as easy to trade or exchange as a bluechip stock would be in a traditional stock market, it would still by definition be relatively illiquid.

This only changes as the number of market participants, trading volume and frequency all increase.

To achieve this level of liquidity Brickchain is working to bring banks, insurance companies and other institutional investors into the market. To attract these players, we have developed a unique value proposition:

Transparency

We have developed a network of Consultants in Real Estate (CRE) who are incentivized to analyse and give their opinion about assets traded on our platform (REMARK). This network is composed of experts who are primarily engaged in the valuation and management of asset investments for multi-billion companies.

High value real estate asset trading

Brickchain’s objective is to trade only a certain type of assets, high value unique real estate such as historical landmarks, unique architectural sites, modern office buildings, historical properties located in the CBD, high street retail, shopping centres, serviced apartments, etc. In addition, these assets generate revenues for token holders through commercial activities they are engaged in (e.g. ticket sales in the case of museums).

  • Institutional Investors
  • These are represented by Banks, Insurance Companies and other Financial Institutions whose interest is investing sizeable capital in secure assets. These players will have the ability to buy bigger portions of the buildings listed on REMARK, ensuring a claim on a higher proportion of revenues. Thus, they are given the possibility to create an asset portfolio that minimises risks while maximizing returns.

  • Building Owners
  • The core of Brickchain is represented by the entire buildings, or part of them, listed on its platform, REMARK. Building owners who want to unlock the value of their assets just need to list their properties on REMARK. After the validation process and the Building Public Offerings, owners will be able to access liquidity equivalent to the proportion of the building that they list on the platform.

  • Real Estate Experts
  • The network of Real Estate experts responsible for compiling and monitoring the full spectrum of information related to every asset listed in the platform. This community of experts are incentivised to provide correct and detailed information which are subsequently validated and recorded within the platform. The financial forecast validation process will consist of a loop to evaluate individual CRE activity.
