CryoGen (CRYO)

What is CryoGen

The CryoGen project is designed to boost development of cryonics. Cryonics is a technology that allows for conservation of people and animals in the state of deep cooling with the final intent of future restoration. The CryoGen project is an initiative of KrioRus (Russian cryonics company).  

The CryoGen team claim that their main objective is to attract the attention of the world scientific community to cryonics and stimulate fundamental research. CryoGen major endeavors include building a cryonics facility in Switzerland, development of reversible organ freezing and anabiosis technologies, building cryobiological laboratories in Russia. 

CryoGen will issue CRYO tokens (one token is $1).  The project offers services that can only be purchased with these CryoGen tokens. Namely, dna retention, cryopreservation of animals, neurocryopreservation, full body cryopreservation, transportation, and standby at the patient's bedside. The CryoGen crypto-investors (regardless of the investment amount) will be able to participate in the project management.  

The CryoGen ICO first stage ended on March 14, 2018. Their roadmap suggests completion of CryoGen Swiss storage facility in 2018. And in 2019 CryptoGen plans to carry out experiments on reversible cryopreservation of animal organs.
