What is SpringRole

As a recruiting platform for crowdsourcing, where people can receive a reward for the token, SpringRole hopes to be a suitable source of hiring for entrepreneurs and companies, and a platform for the work of qualified professionals. To use the SpringRole platform, the jobseeker creates a certified resume and places it in the locker for access and use by other participants on the platform.

Education information and work experience have been verified by educational institutions and companies visited and operated by users. After a one-time inspection of details, user information is added to the SpringRole block system and can be accessed or used at any time. The skills are "approved" by the users of the platform. After checking and confirming skills, changes will be added to the blocking system only after the data is accepted by both the sender and the recipient.

SpringRole releases tokens called Spring Tokens for users on its platform. This is an Ethereum ERC-20 token, which acts as the base of the platform. Each action on the SpringRole platform creates a SPRING token, which can be used in various ways on the platform, including the transfer of an individual or institution to the community, the approval of a set of user skills, and the presentation of institutional profiles for verification.
