What is Talo

Talo is a blockchain-based recruitment platform. It will employ its own Talo protocol that is being developed by JobHop, a talent management startup based in Southeast Asia. The team aims to gamify the recruitment process.

The Talo platform will offer on-chain challenges. The candidates will need to compete in sponsored challenges to access employment opportunities and win Talo tokens. Successful candidates will move up the expert ranking and get job offers. Recruiters can use the platform to find, select and subsequently hire the candidates whose knowledge and skills meet their requirements.
