Bityond is a recruitment and talent management platform that will employ a distributed governance model. The platform will be able to match candidates to jobs, based on their skills, experience, characteristics and availability. Bityond is designed for full-time positions, freelance services, internships, etc. Job seekers will be able to join the platform for free and the employers will need to pay a fee.

Bityond will offer all users Bityond Tokens (BYT) for completion of certain actions. The token holders will be able to participate in polls or donate tokens to create new developments.
