OpenWhat is Bubbletone
Bubbletone project is developing a decentralized telecom ecosystem aimed at directly connecting travelers and mobile network operators via smart contracts in order to lower the costs of international roaming.
Bubbletone Blockcahin will be built on Graphene Framework, and it will introduce two types of tokens within the its ecosystem:
Bubbletone platform will have 4 types of members: mobile phone subscribers, operators, third-party service developers and crypto community members.
On the Bubbletone platform mobile network operators will be able to publish their own prepaid tariff plans as smart contracts available to other operators and to subscribers. When user selects an offer, a new smart contract is created with the users digital identity and direct payment transactions with the operator.
By using Bubbletone, subscribers will be able to make calls and use data while travelling, retain their SIM-cards and phone numbers.
