What is Hiway

The Hiway platform will be developed to integrate AI technology that will assist with matchmaking. This technology will look for parameters to determine if a job is suitable for any candidates in the database.The rating system will be implemented that displays all completed profiles and jobs- creating a sort of Hiway resumé. This system will be immutable and verifiable through blockchain technology and with the use of the Quality Jury system, will ensure the a fair, non-discriminative marketplace for all parties involved.

Unlike the traditional employment marketplace, the Hiway platform will be able to offer the employee flexibility in projects such as working with others as a team and time bonuses.

Hiway aims to have a user-friendly platform that is accessible for multiple industries in multiple languages across the globe.
