What is Re:Factor

re:factor is a blockchain-based P2P factoring platform that is supposed to facilitate investing in trade receivables. Users will be able to sell, purchase, pledge and transfer trade receivables without any intermediaries. The team claim they will be developing the following business areas: COMFIN (factoring company), CROWDFACTOR (P2P factoring platform), RTP (receivables trading platform), STRAM (Services on Trade Receivables Assessment and Management).

The team is issuing two types of tokens: REFT and RFT. The first is issued solely for the pre-ICO purposes and will be exchanged for RFT upon ICO completion. ERC20 RFT tokens will be used as a means of payment on the platform.
