What is Reward Vision
Reward aims to align the employers and employees interests. The solution will enable companies to streamline collaboration through P2P rewards. Employees receive a number of Ethereum-based Reward tokens (RWD) from the company, which they then can distribute among their collaborators for their help and services. The Reward app has four main functions: send RWD, spend RWD, manage their RWD account and wallet, add a reason (for analytics).
