What is Evareium

Evareium digitalizes real estate investment by providing a ‘pointand-click’ online interface for investors to invest securely in an evolving, constantly evolving real estate asset portfolio.

Evareium sets out to provide secure rights of beneficial ownership to lucrative, professionally-managed property assets that Evarei selects, acquires, manages and divests – to optimize value creation and returns for investors and in the process giving them ultra-convenience and control over their investment – without the constraints of personal, physical ownership.
