What is Citizen Health

Citizen Health is a decentralized open health economy powered by the Ethereum blockchain and Medit Token. By applying first principles thinking, we’ve fundamentally redesigned how healthcare is managed, how it’s paid for, and how decisions are made. For the first time in human history, we’ll be practicing proactive, preventive medicine, not the costly & inefficient reactive care we’ve been used to.

Using smart contracts, crowdfunding mechanisms, and tokenized health data, our platform creates a new paradigm much different from our current health insurance reality. By removing costly and ineffective intermediaries, we will utilize technology to its fullest and create a health economy owned & operated by the people.
