The ThaneCoin creates a system where ownership of properties will become risk proof. A decentralized property market which is outside the boom and bust system prevalent on the current market. During the IC, ThaneCoin will issue a cryptocurrency. Once the ThaneCoin is ready to be converted, ThaneCoin  will apply for the necessary licenses to be able to provide more services for the property market.
