What is DCORP

A decentralized corporation, as opposed to a traditional corporation, allows anyone to participate without any form of discrimination. Every part of the corporation is transparent and may be reviewed by anyone at any time. There is no downtime and the corporation is not susceptible to hacks or (DDOS) attacks.

DCORP exists on the (Ethereum) blockchain in the form of a series of smart contracts. The source code of the smart contracts is public and may be reviewed by anyone. Smart-contracts are immutable and will always execute as they were meant to. This allows for trustless interaction with the corporation. The Truffle framework will be used for the development and intensive testing of DCORP components.

While DCORP itself operates on Ethereum, its user-friendly interface and website are hosted on Microsoft’s Azure platform and are developed with Microsoft’s latest ASP Core technology.
