The Tessr Foundation has a main goal to create an open source and internationally supported blockchain based education system. Where educators own their content and students learn for free. The Tessr Foundation aims to end paper based learning, automate the award, recognition and transfer of credits. Tessr's Educational Blockchain will offer the educational providers secure ownership and control over their own content, reducing institutional costs and risk. The network will use the tessr.credit (TSRX). 1 TSRX = 1 credit hour, 3 credit hours (1 course) = 3 hours of learning per week = 6-9 hours study time per week.
