What is BTU Protocol
Booking Token Unit (BTU) protocol is a decentralized booking protocol that can be employed by various industries, such as hospitality, travel, finance, healthcare, retail, etc. The team claim their solution can be used as a building block for implementation of booking features by dApps and websites.
The BTU protocol is standardized as ERC-808. The team is issuing an ERC20 BTU token that will work in conjunction with an ERC-808 standard reference implementation contract. The BTU tokens will be used to incentivize successful bookings and enforce late cancellation and no-show policies.
