Ruby-x will start off as a cryptocurrency exchange. The team claim that their solution will allow users to exchange, buy and sell any tangible or intangible asset in the future. Ruby-x envisages the following features: private fund management platform, ICO private funding platform, AI trading platform, mobile app, widget, etc. To ensure transparency, the Ruby-x team will disclose their fee and transaction history.

The Ruby-x developers are issuing an ERC20 token RBY that will be later converted into a native token. Users who pay their fees in RBYs will get a discount. Additionally, top 5 000 RBY holders will receive a share in the Ruby-x profits (40%) or revenues (10%).
