What is DGLC

Digital Golden Land Chain (DGLC), mainly developed by the Singapore Digital Golden Land Management Foundation, is a concept based on asset digitization, construction of smart contracts technology for digital assets transactions, and distributed ledger technology, to provide the underlying blockchain platform services for real estate transactions, real estate investment, and physical asset transactions and so on through a digital asset certificate incentive mechanism. The goal of DGLC is to implement a globally distributed database of digital assets, and through smart contract technology and distributed ledger technology that break real estate into pieces, taking the advantages of the blockchain technology, i.e. trust-free, decentralization mechanism, tamper-proof, information transparency, co-regulation, and traceability etc.

Digital Golden Land Chain (DGLC), mainly developed by the Singapore Digital Golden Land Management Foundation, is a brand new concept based on asset digitization, construction of smart contracts technology for digital assets transactions, and distributed ledger technology, to provide the underlying blockchain platform services for real estate transactions, real estate investment, and physical asset transactions and so on through the new digital asset certificate incentive mechanism.

The goal of DGLC is to implement a globally distributed database of digital assets, and through smart contract technology and distributed ledger technology that break real estate into pieces, taking the advantages of the blockchain technology, i.e. trust-free, decentralization mechanism, tamper-proof, information transparency, co-regulation, and traceability etc. Through the creation of asset certificates by DGLC, real estate will be taken into pieces and distributed to various institutions and investors, so that asset investors can invest and profit from assets according to their own investment capabilities, thus accelerate asset liquidity. It also ensures the security and low risk of investment; at the same time, use the DGLC smart contracts, the entire cycle, including land acquirement, purchase, development, and sales of real estate, will be engaged by smart contracts, thus it can improve production efficiency and ensure the security and low risk of investment.
