What is Stable Jack

Stable Jack is a decentralized platform that allows users to exchange the yield, volatility, and points of the collateral asset while maintaining their principal. This will allow new DeFi primitives to be built on yield-bearing assets, lending markets, DEXs, or volatile assets.

Additionally, Stable Jack enables leveraged airdrop or points farming and allows users to take leveraged long positions on assets without the risk of liquidation. The platform achieves this by separating the yield and volatility components of collateral assets into distinct tokens, catering to different investment strategies. With the upcoming v2 upgrade, Stable Jack plans to expand its collateral options to include yield-bearing stablecoins, liquidity provider (LP) tokens, real-world assets (RWAs), and vaults, thereby unlocking new yield opportunities for investors.

Yield Token, which is tokenized as a stablecoin will accrue the leveraged yield/points of the collateral asset while Volatility Token will be exposed to the volatility of the collateral asset with leverage. Both tokens will be perpetual and won't have a maturity date.
