What is BioPayCoin
The plan is to have each address generated from the fingerprint hash, tied to only that hash and each new address must be accompanied by an index PIN and Security PIN based on which address person would like to use. Having this system tied to fingerprint scanning will prevent any collisions happening from false positives.
