What is Abele

ABELE TECHNOLOGIES will create and manage Abele Trust (PHASE 1), a digital custodian for all investors who exclusively stores digital coins / tokens in trust management. Abele will create a hybrid block-chain of the fourth generation (PHASE 2), Abele Chain.

This business unit will also develop and distribute trade management software, AbeleTS (PHASE 3), based on blockchain technology, which will make asset management and fund management more economical. This will allow asset managers to efficiently perform and coordinate financial transactions, which will lead to lower costs for all investors.

ABELE ASSET MANAGEMENT will provide all investors with access to actively managed hedge funds with investments in crypto-conversion and traditional assets (PHASE 4). The marker sale is intended to provide participants with access to risk management in these markets without requiring the large minimum investment traditionally associated with hedge funds.

ABELE TOKEN will give users access to the Abele Group product suite. The token itself performs both security and utility functions. The user's token will be registered with the SEC in accordance with Rule A in accordance with the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Abele group will be regulated by various agencies around the word.
