What is Realio Network
Realio Network is a purpose-built Layer-1 blockchain designed to bridge traditional finance and decentralized markets through the seamless tokenization of Real World Assets. By combining regulatory compliance with advanced blockchain infrastructure, the platform enables institutions and qualified investors to issue, manage, and trade tokenized real estate, private equity, funds, and other alternative assets with full transparency and operational efficiency.
Realio delivers a secure, multi-chain environment powered by EVM compatibility and robust interoperability. Supported by multi-staking mechanics and institutional-grade tools, its ecosystem features a non-custodial wallet, a dedicated investment platform, and comprehensive asset management solutions, offering a compliant gateway to high-value opportunities traditionally reserved for accredited investors.
Realio Network Roadmap
Realio was founded in 2018, seizing an opportunity to eliminate the barriers to invest-in, trade, and leverage exclusive real estate, private equity, and other real-world assets through decentralized finance (“DeFi”).
Realio launched its first product, the Realio Investment Platform, introducing tokenization, digital asset issuance, and secondary market trading. This year also saw the release of a multi-chain wallet system and the issuance of the first security token ($RST) and utility token ($RIO).
Realio formed strategic partnerships with Algorand, Raven, and Fusion, expanding its wallet system to support 8 blockchains. The introduction of Uniswap Liquidity Farms and the exploration of NFT investment opportunities marked key innovations.
$RST expanded to the Algorand and Ethereum blockchains. Realio introduced fiat on-ramps and launched the Liquid Mining Funds (LMX), offering tokenized access to bitcoin mining investments.
Realio expanded its team, enhanced platform features, and launched a testnet with over 100 validators. We announced the hopes to list $RST on the tZERO ATS and completed a Genesis NFT event that highlighted significant milestones.
Realio filed patents for its blockchain infrastructure and launched the Alpha version of the Realio Network. Continued team expansion aimed to prepare for upcoming projects in 2024.
Realio executed key protocol upgrades to strengthen validator profitability on the Realio Network. The team accelerated development of Freehold Wallet and the Districts virtual world (launched in 2025) while expanding its real estate portfolio with additional property acquisitions.
Freehold Wallet (Web and Mobile) launched as a full-featured non-custodial multi-chain platform. Districts virtual world officially launched in April with LandRush events, enabling users to claim real-world-linked Land Pixels and activate $DSTRX utility. $DSTRX was approved as a staking token on Realio Network with EVM expansion. Freehold RWA Tokenization Studio development advanced alongside ongoing feature rollouts.
Freehold Wallet rolled out gasless, trustless EVM token swaps on Mobile and Web, plus expanded staking for $RIO, $RST, $DSTRX. The flagship RWA Tokenization Studio is scheduled to launch on May 26 inside Freehold Wallet, delivering seamless multi-chain tokenization of real-world assets for issuers and investors.
