What is GENESIS

GENESIS allows users to invest in real estate utilizing blockchain technology.

The concept of GENESIS provides the internal project tokenization of all real estate owned by the company. GES tokenholders indirectly become the owners of a corresponding part of all real estate, owned by platform. GENESIS intends to push the development of legislation that will allow to identify the real estate assets through digital signatures and to legally register all members of GENESIS as the owners of real estate. The value of real estate will be confirmed through an independent 3rd partymarket assessment.

The investors can leave the project and get back the invested money at any time after the start of operations according to established procedure. After the ICO of GENESIS and listing tokens on cryptocurrency exchanges, investors may leave the project by selling their GES tokens on exchange platforms.

The payment of income to investors from the commercial development of real estate owned by GENESIS will be done on the regular basis every three months. All profits will be transfered to the electronic wallets on the platform. The investors have no restrictions and/or conditions of using the received profit. Income payments and the distribution of funds to investors’ personal accounts will be controlled through smart contracts.
