PARKGENE is a global P2P blockchain parking ecosystem. The team already own a PARKGURU system that provides parking sourced by municipalities and professional parking operators. PARKGENE will be an operational fork for peer-to-peer services.
PARKGENE is a decentralized ecosystem designed to facilitate contracting between parking owners and drivers. The rental contracts can be either short-term or long-term. Drivers looking for a parking space will be able to contact the parking owners through the PARKGENE app. The system is based on Ethereum blockchain with smart contracts. Once a driver reserves a parking place, a PARKGENE smart contract on the Ethereum Public Blockchain will be initiated.
The PARKGENE team have developed a utility ERC-20 GENE token that PARKGENE network participants will use for payments. The parking fee (in GENEs) will be transferred from the driver wallet to a temporary depository. The parking space owners will get 70-80% of the smart contract in GENEs when drivers check out.
PARKGENE developers will be offering additional features for their users, for example, a live video option for owners to ensure their garage security. PARKGENE platform also envisages incentives and bonuses for various actions, such as submitting reviews.
The official launch of PARKGENE product is scheduled for May 2018.

PARKGENE Roadmap
