The Sentinel Chain Token (SENC) will be an ERC20-compatible token on the public Ethereum blockchain that allows global financial service providers and cryptocurrency holders to participate in the Sentinel Chain marketplace.
Sentinel Chain Token will only exist on the public Ethereum blockchain. A fixed number of Sentinel Chain Token will be issued during an Initial Token Sale. Sentinel Chain Token will be required for use with the functions provided by the Sentinel Chain. Sentinel Chain Token can be owned by anyone with an ERC-20 compatible wallet.
Sentinel Chain Token can be utilised by third party local not-for-profit organizations as a medium of exchange to purchase LCT that can be used to finance certain social inclusion activities such as building of schools and infrastructure.
Infocorp Technologies, InfoCorp Foundation and InfoCorp AgTech have entered into a tripartite agreement to create and distribute 30%, 30% and 40% of the total Sentinel Chain Tokens respectively. All three entities will ensure that the Sentinel Chain Tokens are distributed in accordance to the agreement.
