What is Smarts
Smarts will provide SDK for stores to streamline store integration. Every store will receive a unique QR code. Shoppers will need to scan the specific QR code to enter the store and login into the system. Products are scanned with a smartphone using algorithms developed by Scandit. The invoices can be paid with Ethereum.
The team is issuing an ERC20 SMT token. The companys shares will be sold to the customers who have purchased SMT as an advance payment for future services. Smarts will be split into class A and class B shares (75% and 25%). SMTs can also be used to cover crypto transaction fees.
