What is SPACE-iZ

As property around the world becomes increasingly unaffordable, those priced out of the market are forced to rent, over their desire to buy. The current generation is accustomed to being internationally mobile, this has led to rental as the norm in many countries. The argument over “rent vs buy” can be complex depending on personal circumstances. However, the tendency is to assume that renting only benefits the landlords in the long run.

SPACE-iZ Proposal

At SPACE-iZ we have designed an alternative to the “rent vs buy” option. Using blockchain we have created a system where renting can generate long term financial benefits, as well as saving money in the short term. In its simplest form we have created a blockchain based token which will give token holders access to rental property at discounted rates or generate an income f rom the ownership of the token.

What makes us unique?

A truly ambitious undertaking, the first step on this journey will begin with the sale of the SPIZ token. This will be followed by partnerships with existing property owners to target the room rental and Co-live/Co-work sectors. We envisage that this token will eventually become the first rung on the property ladder for many. Further, the value of our token will increase as we onboard private and professional spaces onto our platform.
