What is Versara Trade

Versara is a blockchain-based trade finance platform. The team aims to streamline communication between sellers, buyers, lenders and guarantors. The solution is supposed to improve traditional factoring and asset based lending by offering cryptocurrency as extra collateral. The Versara platform will organize invoice receivables into structured asset pools. Crypto-guarantors will be able to offer their cryptocurrencies as collaterals for fiat lenders.

The Versara Token (VXR) will be used for rewarding the platform participants. Crypto-guarantors will also be able to use VXR.
