Landshare is an easy-to-use platform allowing investors to earn yields on rental profits and property appreciation by staking stablecoins in a real estate backed vault. Key features of the platform include the Landshare Token, a supply capped token backed by real estate assets, and the Property Vault, a stablecoin-based vault that enables investors to obtain fractional shares of rental profits and benefit from property value appreciation.The process is simple: investors stake stable coins in the fully collateralized Property Vault, representing a fractional investment in real estate assets. That investment entitles investors to a proportional amount of rental profits generated from the properties. If a property is reappraised at a higher value, Property Vault stakers will see their principal investment increase accordingly.
The Landshare Token is the native token of the platform and features a daily buyback mechanic tethered to the value of Landshare properties. The buyback tokens are distributed to the staking reward pool. The token also grants special access to upcoming features of Landshare, such as high yield House Flipping Pools. In order to keep the token below the supply cap of 10,000,000, the Landshare team conducts discretionary token buyback-and-burns.

this is rubbish presale, read the white papers properly and you will see… tokens are also mintable so whatever you stake is just going to get diluted. Also, the tokens dont link to any property investments at all, down the track you can put in money to fund together a property for renovations and sell… read everything properly and you will see… also the wallet they ask you to send money into are full of rugs and scam coins, and in the billions. Very shady and team has no linked in profiles also. Your tokens will be worth nothing by the time its released because team will be minting more !!
