Lightyears (LYS) token aims to redefine the airlines rewards system by integrating blockchain technology into both the user and the airline directly with its peer-to-peer function. By removing the need for middlemen, hidden transaction fees will be disposed of as well as speeding up ticket purchase to create a seamless customer experience when flying with your favourite airline.

Lightyears (LYS) token will serve as a utility token by rewarding passengers with bonuses everytime they purchase tickets through our DApp which will be integrated into the airlines system. LYS tokens will be deposited into the customers wallet whenever he or she purchases tickets through our platform which in turn can be used to purchase in-flight meals, extra baggage and even cheaper flight tickets on their next purchase. The token holder can also choose to reinvest it into the crypto market whereby exchanges such as LoMoStar and Komodo will also be integrated into our DApp for convenient trading.
