What is Aqar Chain
Aqarchain is a blockchain powered real estate investing platform whose aim is to create a decentralized ecosystem where investment in real estate is as easy as investing in shares on the stock market.
This aim is achieved by fractionalizing the real estate properties.
A real estate property is the asset that is divided for fractional ownership. The Property is divided into sq cm and each sq cm is One share in the property. Investors invest into the property by buying multiple shares of the property.
Aqarchain is the flagship product of the Smart Chain Information Technology Consultancy Ltd. The purpose of this product is to provide tokenization of real estate assets using Blockchain Technology.
- The Aqarchain Platform will facilitate selling of Properties between various Sellers and Investors.
- The Platform will cater to Retail Clients as well as Professional Clients and potentially Market Counterparties.

yeah, This was a scam, I invested $1000 and get around $AQR 2860 tokens and the value of all tokens were $3 only. Ido price was $0.35 and listing price was $0.1, And then they launch staking scam. I staked but I rcvd 0 token when claims open.
