Cool company, I’ve been following the project since 2021. During this time, I invested in early rounds, farmed tokens, and participated in various activities. The company’s key product is tokenized real estate and fractional ownership of real estate. I became interested in the project back in 2022. The idea of fractional ownership of real estate is great, and the purchase process is fast and without intermediaries. I became aware of the Sabai project when I was interested in buying apartments in Layan Green Park in Phuket and found out that they were partners. The idea of tokenized assets and fractional ownership of real estate really caught my attention. I have been following the project since February 2023 and continue to be impressed by their idea. Many people want to buy a property in a popular resort and rent it out to receive dividends and preserve the main asset, which historically always increases in value. However, the main obstacle is the entry threshold, which is a minimum of $50,000. But with Sabai Ecoverse, you can buy a share from $50 and own that share at the smart contract level, receiving dividends proportional to the funds invested in that property. I believe that this approach can fundamentally change the real estate market in the future
