Business model Rental property Country houses for rent for vacation and events will allow you to get up to 20% per year. Each country has its own rate of return. Mining Installation of mining equipment with immersion/water cooling technology in Hacienda Project properties acts as an additional source of income and as a heating system for the properties. We expect 25% profitability from mining. NFT & DAO Owners of our NFTs will receive a discount of up to 30% on the rental of the project's countryside properties. NFTs will have a "5% Royalty" which will provide additional liquidity to the token and support the Hacienda project referral system. Also, they will have the unique ability: to decide on the further development of the project by voting.
