It covers the full mining value chain, from physical minerals and early-stage exploration to development projects and operating mines. The project tokenizes these assets into compliant real-world assets (RWAs) to bring liquidity and global investor access to an traditionally illiquid sector.
Expert curators (geologists, mining professionals) create diversified, professionally managed baskets of mining projects with defined risk profiles. Investors gain exposure through on-chain vault tokens that represent proportional economic rights and capture cash flows such as royalties or revenue shares.
The platform emphasizes regulatory compliance, including KYC/AML, investor screening, and on-chain verification of assets and NAV updates. It also features incubation support for mining startups to help them access Web3 capital and prepare for tokenization.
