What is NOCtura

Noctura brings back confidentiality—without giving up exchange access or regulatory alignment.

• What we are: a shielded privacy overlay on Solana, not a rollup. Proofs are built off-chain and verified on-chain, updating a shielded state (commitments, nullifiers, Merkle root).
• How you use it: the Noctura Wallet lets you switch between Transparent (public) and Shielded (private) modes with one tap, plus Selective Disclosure (View Keys & Audit Tokens) for compliance-friendly proofs (e.g., proof-of-funds, origin).
• Performance stance: realistic launch target ~100–300 shielded TPS with 1–3 s typical confirmation. We scale via batching/aggregation and GPU provers. No hype TPS.

Noctura is a shielded privacy overlay on Solana (not an L2/rollup). It maintains on-chain commitments, nullifiers, and a Merkle root, while zk proofs are generated off-chain and verified on-chain by a lightweight verifier program. Wallet UX is dual-mode: Transparent (public) + Shielded (private), with cross-mode unlinkability. SNARK-first design, targeting ~100–300 shielded TPS at launch with batching/aggregation scaling.
