Individuals or companies will describe their project ideas and activate AI-powered matchmaking process. The parties then initiate a bidding process, agree on the price and transfer ECTA PAY tokens to an escrow account. Developers, who performed their services, mine ECTA SKILLS tokens (ERC721) to confirm the quality and get rated on the platform. If there are no complaints from the client, the smart contract transfers ECTA PAY tokens to the developers accounts.
