What is Jade City

Jade City is an innovative project that aims to revolutionize the jade market by integrating blockchain technology and real-world assets (RWAs). It’s designed to democratize access to the jade industry, which is valued at over $50 billion, making it accessible to a broader audience rather than just a privileged few.

At its core, Jade City partners with the owners of one of the world’s largest jadeite deposits to secure a massive supply of uncut gemstones - millions of kilograms, to be precise. The project tokenizes these physical jade assets, allowing users to trade, earn, play, and even shop within a decentralized platform. This is a significant shift from traditional jade markets, which have historically been opaque and exclusive. By leveraging blockchain, Jade City introduces transparency and trustlessness, meaning transactions and ownership are verifiable without relying on intermediaries.

The platform revolves around its governance token, $JCT, and a community-driven ecosystem. Revenue generated by Jade City is shared among $JCT holders and owners of special NFTs called "The Ancient Tribe of the Jadeites." This creates an incentivized structure where participants can benefit from the platform’s success.
