The purpose of this paper is to describe the Nursecoin (‘NRS’) token project: the why, the what, how it works, and how it will be utilized to build an emerging Decentralized Autonomous Virtual Healthcare Organization (DAO) providing healthcare insurance companies and large payors with population health management services and direct care. Virtual care is defined as both on-demand healthcare delivery (to the home) and via mobile video app (telehealth/medicine).
