What is NanoChain
NANCH project introduces a revolutionary approach to blockchain technology, designed to be accessible, efficient, and deeply integrated with human interaction.
Our unique two-layer architecture combines the strengths of two distinct chains:
- NANCH (The Economic Layer): A robust and secure blockchain that provides economic finality, smart contract capabilities, and interoperability with the broader Web3 ecosystem. It serves as the foundational ledger for value and governance.
- NARO (The Social Layer): An innovative, lightweight blockchain that runs natively in your browser. It's designed for seamless social interactions, gas-free transactions, and a consensus model based on community trust and reputation.
Together, these layers create a unified network that is both powerful and human-centric.
NanoChain Roadmap
Architecture blueprints, trust boundaries and adversarial model for a human-centric, AI-aware L1/L2.
This phase formalizes the logical separation between the NANCH economic layer and the NARO browser-native social layer, defining message surfaces, hash boundaries, and the threat model for each domain. The work includes specifying canonical encodings (RLP on NANCH, JSON/JCS on NARO), Keccak-based Merkle roots, NSE (Nanochain State Envelope) structure, and cross-layer invariants.
High-availability Geth / Clique cluster, storage topology and secure key management baseline.
Phase 2 delivers the physical and logical footprint for NANCH validators: redundant datacenters, archive Geth nodes with --gcmode=archive, tuned cache profiles, hardened UFW firewall policies and nginx reverse proxies. Validator keystore management is formalized with encrypted key material and offline backups.
Standalone NARO client with in-browser wallet, chain, gossip layer and on-chain signaling.
The NARO client is finalized as a self-contained browser runtime: ECDSA/ECDH + RSA wallets in WebCrypto, PoW+PoET chain engine, localStorage persistence and PeerJS/WebRTC networking. NanoSignal and NanoPeer are wired so that WebRTC signaling messages are serialized into MemoryEntry objects and gossiped via Collective Memory.
Chain genesis, RPC surface, explorer integration and base tokenomics wiring for NACH and nUSD.
Phase 4 takes NANCH from genesis to a live EVM mainnet: chain ID 2425, Clique signer set, bootnodes, RPC/WSS endpoints and initial block explorer connectivity. Smart contracts for canonical ERC-20 NACH, wrapped NACH, and nUSD stablecoin variants are deployed together with foundational governance contracts.
Rolling upgrades, security posture improvement and initial cross-layer governance wiring.
This phase focuses on normalizing validator operations: standardizing systemd units, log rotation, disk layout and backup procedures, while rolling the signer set through controlled upgrades to validate the Clique governance flow. Governance hooks to NARO reputation are prototyped, feeding compositeBps scores into validator weighting models.
Indexer services, relational schema and UX for economic state, validators and contract activity.
NANCHSCAN v1 is brought online as the canonical explorer for the PoA mainnet, backed by a hardened PostgreSQL schema for blocks, transactions, logs and validator metadata. Indexer daemons consume JSON-RPC, batch-pull blocks with receipts, decode logs and populate indexed tables optimized for address queries.
Visualizing Collective Memory, reputation flows and E2EE chat metadata on the NARO layer.
Phase 7 introduces a dedicated NARO explorer that introspects the browser-native chain’s JSON blocks and MemoryEntries. It reconstructs Collective Memory timelines, vote graphs, reputation deltas and consent/live-contract states directly from the chain and local indexes.
Cross-layer explorer that correlates NSE snapshots, economic flows and social / AI events.
The meta-explorer fuses NANCH and NARO views by ingesting NSE snapshots from SnapshotAnchor, linking each accepted digest to its underlying Collective Memory batch and repRoot, then overlaying those with corresponding economic transactions on NANCH.
Secondary explorer and developer-centric introspection endpoint for EVM contracts and events.
Phase 9 deploys a hardened BlockScout instance against NANCH, backed by its own indexing pipeline focusing on developer ergonomics: contract verification, ABI-aware event decoding, method statistics and token/holder charts.
Formal specification of architecture, consensus, AI Layer and cross-layer invariants.
This phase consolidates all architectural work into a single formal whitepaper defining the two-layer model, hash and encoding disciplines, PoA and PoT consensus rules, AI Control Plane semantics, extension registry, and rollup upgrade path.
Production-grade public entrypoint unifying docs, explorers, SDKs and governance resources.
Phase 11 exposes the project via a main site stitching together litepaper, full docs, explorers, SDK references, AI Layer specs and governance resources under a coherent information architecture.
Deployment of AI-aware extension suite under AIExtensionRegistry control on NANCH L1.
AI Layer contracts are deployed and wired under the AIExtensionRegistry: AiOracle, SmartScan, AiReputation, and AdaptiveGas. Registry gating ensures AI-driven surfaces are mediated by on-chain policy.
Transition from Optimistic to zk-backed NARO-on-NANCH rollup.
Phase 13 evolves NARO-on-NANCH into a ZK-enabled rollup with Verifier and prover infrastructure. Sequencer, Batcher, Inbox and BridgeAI contracts are upgraded.
Dedicated GPU / accelerator fleet co-located with validators.
Phase 14 stands up a NANCH-native AI compute farm exposed via authenticated RPC to the AI Control Plane, hosting curated NACH AI models emitting signed recommendations.
Multi-tenant cloud layer providing managed validators, rollup infrastructure and AI endpoints.
The datacenter footprint is abstracted into a NANCH Cloud control plane for spinning up managed validators, archive nodes, rollup sequencers and AI compute instances.
Verticalized DeFi stack centered on NACH / nUSD.
Phase 16 delivers a native liquidity layer consisting of an AMM-style DEX, swap router and RFQ engine integrating AiOracle price feeds and SmartScan risk signals.
Hardening token contracts and integrations with exchanges & custodians.
Focuses on operational readiness for centralized exchanges and institutional custodians, including audits, emergency controls and optional KYC-friendly flows.
On-chain emissions controller driven by governance and AI signals.
Phase 18 deploys deterministic tokenomics contracts enabling dynamic adjustment of emission multipliers and burn schedules based on network health.
AI-driven operations layer detecting and remediating faults.
The AI Control Plane integrates with observability systems where AI agents detect anomalies and propose remediation actions under human or multisig approval gates.
Opening validator participation via reputation-weighted economics.
Generalizes validator participation from PoA council to permissionless staking with GovernanceAI and AiReputation influencing weighting models.
Extending BridgeAI into a hub for EVM L2s and external rollups.
BridgeAI evolves into a multi-chain routing hub with AI-assisted route selection, congestion detection and cross-domain risk scoring.
Privacy-preserving identity and reputation framework.
Introduces a zk-identity layer combining AiReputation, SBTs and zero-knowledge credentials enabling compliant DeFi and RWA tokenization.
Multi-sequencer NARO zk-rollup with AI-assisted but human-controlled governance.
The final phase decentralizes the NARO zk-rollup sequencer role. ZK proofs become default, and the AI Control Plane reaches equilibrium where AI provides explainable recommendations while humans and on-chain rules remain the ultimate authority.
