There's no operator in the middle: the crowd supplies the cards, the crowd governs what the machine stocks, and the crowd owns the upside it creates. Load the pool with your own tokenized cards, or roll from it for a flat price and draw one at random. Either way, you're playing against the crowd, never a house, and every card in the machine belongs to the player who put it there, until the moment it's drawn.
