I am writing to express my deep concerns about the recent incident involving my employer, Sergio Vital Rebelo, and his experience with Cozy World. I strongly believe it is crucial to address this matter urgently as it has caused significant distress and financial loss.
To provide some background, my employer was approached by Cozy World from Maria MoonWalk with a job offering, and he decided to explore the opportunity. However, during the course of accessing Cozy World’s launcher, he became a victim of hacking. This incident has had a far-reaching impact on both of our lives, culminating in an unfortunate loss of funds.
Since the unfortunate event, I have been diligently attempting to contact Cozy World for the past three days, seeking immediate resolution and assistance. However, my attempts to reach your company have been met with complete silence, as no response has been received so far. This lack of communication is exacerbating our concerns and frustration.
I implore you to address this matter with the utmost urgency. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, it is disheartening to witness a lack of responsiveness during such a critical situation. We kindly request a thorough investigation into the hacking incident and that necessary steps be taken to safeguard the personal and financial information of your clients.
Furthermore, we seek a swift resolution regarding the loss of funds incurred as a direct result of this incident. We trust that Cozy World will take full responsibility and provide compensation for the financial hardships we have had to endure.
It is my sincere hope that Cozy World will prioritize the concerns of its clients and respond promptly to this formal letter. We expect a comprehensive reply within seven business days to address the issues mentioned above. The entire team is involved in fraudulent activities. They advertise job opportunities on different websites and make contact with potential victims through the messaging platform Telegram. They then persuade these individuals to install their supposed game. However, the game launcher they provide contains a Trojan virus that compromises the victim’s computer, allowing the perpetrators to steal sensitive information, including cryptocurrency wallet details.
The scammers from Cozy World who steal from artists and creatives. In other words, the worst kind of people. Already reported in the United States as a criminal network, we will not rest until they pay for the damages caused.
