What is Flype Protocol

Flype is a DEX protocol for swapping LP tokens (Liquidity Provider tokens) in a single transaction. Flype turns $200B worth of liquidity tokens from a "digital receipt" into a tradable asset, creating an entirely new market. It offers a quick and easy way to change positions between different liquidity pools and protocols. The Flype protocol also enables seamless creation of a new liquidity position by swapping ETH for the desired LP tokens and vice versa. Flype transforms a cumbersome, multi-step process into a single and effortless swap, that we call “Flypping”.

Instead of lengthy withdrawals and deposits procedures with multiple token exchange pairs, Flype enables direct trading of LP tokens by relying on its unique market maker mechanism — IMM (Interoperable Market Maker). Flype creates a unique opportunity for liquidity providers to generate multiple yields by providing LP tokens as liquidity to the Flype protocol. Liquidity providers earn Flypping fees while enjoying full profitability from the underlying asset pools. By turning LP tokens into tradable assets, Flype further expands the DeFi market by creating a borderless liquidity ecosystem.
