Hello,
I bought around 600 merchant tokens with ETH at the Launchpad ICO – I opened the MetaMask wallet and entered my MTO transaction code for the payout. Unfortunately I haven’t received anything to date – the Merchant Token APP says it was sent, but I haven’t received anything.
What could have gone wrong? Please help.

You need to add MTO manually as a custom token using their contract address.
