What is Noracle

Noracle is a new crypto protocol and platform on the Polygon blockchain that aims to unleash the potential of prediction Dapps and Games. The protocol implements highly parametrizable predictive models that can be used in various applications ranging from finance (DeFi) to metaverse games.

The protocol is open and will induce an ecosystem of games and decentralized applications that will be built on top of its predictive models. A typical example of games is being developed on top of the protocol showing how the protocol can be used to revolutionize the way millions of people will be playing number prediction games in the future by using strategies and having fun in competitions where their strategies are quantified and compared.

As the protocol will serve as base layer for a range of decision-support applications for DeFi, gaming and the Metaverse, it could impact whole ecosystems in the years to come.

The platform is complementary to, and would benefit other applications such as DeFi platforms and Exchanges, Sports and metaverse games like Horse or car racing games, etc. The use cases of the platform’s associated token NORA include being a base currency for ecosystem games and dapps interactions with the protocol, paying fees from games and dapps that use the protocol, creating passive revenue opportunities for ecosystem participants who can stake their tokens to secure, own part of the protocol and earn double rewards in MATIC and NORA.
