OccamRazer aims to provide the community with a reliable and efficient infrastructure to manage liquidity in the DeFi segment. Achieving the main objective, OccamRazer implements a public launchpad, providing developers with an interface through which projects in the crypto space have the opportunity to raise the necessary funding, reaching a significant part of the community. In turn, for users, OccamRazer provides a unique opportunity to purchase tokens of promising and quality crypto products at an early stage, taking advantage of Initial DEX Offering (IDO) mechanisms. The OccamRazer Launchpad architecture operates a multi-level system whereby investors have a wider choice of IDO participation format, depending on their financial capabilities. The system is divided into several Tiers:
- VCDAO – 70000 OCC
- Tier 0 – 12000 OCC
- Tier 1 – 10000 OCC
- Tier 2 – 4000 OCC
- Tier 3 – 1000 OCC
- Tier 4 – 650 OCC
- Tier 5 – 200 OCC
Thus, in order to participate in IDO on the OccamRazer Launchpad, one must hold a certain number of internal OCC tokens in staking pools. Meanwhile, there are tiers that utilize a lottery model for IDO participation, endowed with a certain weight. The weight actually determines the chance of eligibility and allocation. In addition, the higher tiers provide guaranteed eligibility to participate in IDOs and receive the coveted allocations. Ultimately, this approach is designed to incentivize investors and the more stakeholder holds OCC tokens, the higher their tier and the amount of potential allocation. Token OCC
The OCC token is an internal token that plays a key role in the Occam ecosystem, preserving system value and transaction security. At the same time, OCC is the main unit of account that generously rewards its holders for active use of Occam-based crypto solutions, provides access to more unique platform features and gives the most loyal investors a voting right within the governance mechanisms.
